IPP has established a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the KIADB Doddaballapur Industrial Area, Bangalore, Karnataka. Built to meet stringent ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, and FSSC standards, the facility ensures a hygienic environment that our customers value
Location
Spanning 95,000 sq. ft. of land with 35,000 sq. ft. of built-up area, the facility includes space for future expansion of up to 50,000 sq. ft.
In-house capabilities include engineering, moulding, quality control, assembly lines, and an administration equipped with its own training center.
Moulding Machines
Over 20 state-of-the-art injection moulding machines from industry-leading brands like Engel, Milacron, and Haitian.
At IPP, we are committed to maintaining reliability and efficiency by continuously upgrading our equipment. Our machine capacities range from 50 to 300 tons of clamp force. This allows us to handle a wide range of critical parts, whether small or medium, using virtually any engineering plastics.
Our expertise in various moulding techniques enables us to serve customers across diverse industries, meeting their unique needs with precision and flexibility. In addition to moulding, we provide value-added services such as metal-to-plastic conversion, custom engraving, assembly, chrome plating, and more, offering complete solutions that enhance product performance and cost-efficiency

Tool Room
IPP houses an in-house tool room equipped with conventional machinery to handle maintenance for both Hot Runner and Cold Runner tools. New Tool Development
For new tool creation, we collaborate with sophisticated third-party tool rooms in Bangalore and Chennai, ensuring access to the latest technology and expertise.
Hot Runner Systems
We work with reputed brands to provide high-performance Hot Runner systems that meet our clients’ precise needs.
The Tool Room has systems that are integrated with CAD facility. The software’s primarily used for designing are “pro – e” & “Catia“, both high end designing softwares.

IPP has long lasting relationships with Reliance, LG and Indian Oil for reliant supply of PP and other plastic raw materials.

At IPP, our Product Managers collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique requirements from the start.
Our experienced Polymer Technologists take the lead in designing prototypes and selecting the most efficient production methods, ensuring optimal performance.
